ART FOR RUGER
Our beautiful male German Shepherd, Ruger, was INTENTIONALLY SHOT in the chest
near our Fairfax home over Thanksgiving weekend.
THIS WAS NOT A HUNTING ACCIDENT AND THIS GIVES HUNTING A BAD NAME!
We are grateful that he survived this act of cruelty to an animal
and that Burlington Emergency Veterinary Services was able to save his life.

In order to raise awareness of the impact of what one irresponsible
gunshot can do to nearly destroy a beloved family member,
I am organizing an ongoing art sale of my plein air and studio paintings.
With every sale of art a portion of the proceeds will be donated to
BEVS Stray Animal Fund (bevsvt.com), with the remaining going towards
our overwhelming medical expenses that are a result of this.
Any artwork purchased on my site qualifies for the donation to BEVS.Also check out my new "ART FOR RUGER" gallery which includesvery affordable oil sketchesin my new series "Evergreen Impressions"which I have created especially for this fundraiser.I will be adding more oil sketches as I finish them,so please check back often!
