Painting this morning but later today I’m exercising my all important right to vote!
Meanwhile – here’s an old study of some birches I did a few years back. The painting was done in shades of gray with just a touch of yellow for a highlight- which is a bit hard to see as it’s pretty subtle. As Vermont fall foliage is pretty much gone right now, this painting reminds me there’s still plenty to paint with beautiful tree forms.
